A Fine Autumn Morning and a new Flagpole
I’m back! More weeding and tidying yesterday as you can see from the picture! The Park is looking excellent, the new herbaceous borders are looking tremendous, the latest boat planter is maturing well and we’ve even got our flagpole for the Green Flag!
Starbank Park at Trinity Community Gala
We had our stand at Trinity Community Gala on Sunday. It was a glorious day, there were lots of people there and we had a great time. We spoke to loads of people, sold a trays of plants, the local kids sowed loads of seeds in old paper cups and we even got a good number of new members. Many thanks to Christine and the Wardie Church team for their tremendous efforts organising such a wonderful event.

Saturday Gardening Session, 29th August, 10-11.30
There’s a Saturday gardening session this week, 10-11.30. The park is looking good but there is plenty to do to keep it in good order.
Rain in Starbank Park!
It rained this morning. First time for ages that it was too wet to garden for most of the morning. But the coffee and biscuits were very welcome.
Park is looking good. Janet’s large flower pot and the gladioli are stunning.
