A fairly damp morning and, although the rain stopped before we finished, the ground and the plants were soaking all morning.

It was a pretty good morning and lots was done in the park. The park is looking good and there are loads of flowers out but it did feel rather autumnal today.

All the rain has ensured good strong weeds in the park – but we can take it! Lots of helpers, with our volunteers’ age range today spanning 87 years. It was a grey morning but there are plenty bright flowers to cheer us up!
