There’s a gardening session on Saturday, 10-11.30. The weather forecast looks mediocre at best, but it’s only a forecast! There’s still plenty to do so please come along if the weather’s half decent.

Busy, fine winter morning
Lots done on a lovely winter morning. Even more leaves have been raked (still plenty to fall!), we’ve topped up the planting at the star and loads of bulbs have been planted in pots. Special thanks to Louisa and Erica from Quintiles for their help.

Wednesday Gardening Session, 25 November, 10-11.30
There’s a gardening session on Wednesday. The forecast is for sunshine all morning and it’s not too cold! There’s plenty to do and we’ll have a couple of helpers from Quintiles too. Please come if you can.
Saturday Gardening Session: 21 November, 10-11.30
Saturday Gardening session is on at the usual time. There’s lots to do and the forecast is sunny but cold. Please come along if you can.
Damp Morning with Mice
The rain stopped just after 10 for over an hour before a proper deluge but eight of us got loads done in the dry spell, planting out various flowers, bushes and bulbs, spreading compost and loading the cold frame with overwintering geraniums. We unfortunately disturbed some mice in the compost bins.

The Wednesday Gardening Session is on from 10-11.30. Lots to do as usual. The forecast is a bit iffy – but it never rains during a Wednesday Gardening Session!

Glorious autumn morning
A great turnout on a lovely day! We planted bulbs, spread compost and collected rather a lot of leaves!! All a bit too much for Janet!
