Spring Colour in the Park
We’d a busy morning in the park, tidying weeding and drilling. It is great being amongst all the colour and it’s not just the daffodils! The primulas are amazing, the hyacinths are terrific, the tulips are coming and there’s more!


Wednesday Gardening, 30 March, 10-11.30
There’s a gardening session on Wednesday, usual time, 10-11.30. There’s plenty to do with the spring surge of weeds and the weather forecast is for sunny intervals, but not unseasonable warmth. Please come along if you can and enjoy the company and spring flowers.

Saturday Gardening, 26March, 10-11.30
Even after all the excitement of the Easter Egg Hunt, there will be a gardening session tomorrow, usual time. Plenty to do, including spotting the last of the Easter Eggs and a reasonable forecast.
Easter Egg Hunt – What a Great Morning!
It was a glorious spring morning, there was a fantastic turn-out, loads of great helpers, buckets of chocolate, Janet’s terrific organisation and, I nearly forgot, the scary Easter Bunny! It was a perfect recipe for a perfect day!




Easter Egg Hunt: it’s today, 10.30 at Starbank Park!
For 3 to 8 year olds. Lots of activities, lots of prizes, lots of refreshments, lovely flowers, great views – where better to take the kids on fine March morning!


All donations will go to the Nature Trail.
Even more daffodils will be flowering on Friday
The park is looking great and we’ll have even more daffodils flowering for our Easter Egg Hunt on Friday!
