Wednesday Gardening @StarbankPark, 10-11.30 on 11 December
There will be gardening on Wednesday, 10-11.30, before the Christmas lunch (1pm in the bothy). There’s always plenty to do and enjoy at the park. Forecast is dry, cool and breezy so it will be fine in the shelter of the park. Please come along if you can.
Janet held four wreath-making sessions in the park over the weekend. They were a huge amount of work and an enormous success. Many thanks to Janet and her helpers and well done! Again!!

If you’re not making (or helping with making) wreaths on Saturday, you can always do some gardening in the park, 10-11.30. There’s always plenty to be done, the forecast is dry and, I’m sure, elevenses will be excellent!
Collecting leaves, spreading compost and preparing for all our Christmas activities today @StarbankPark
Busy morning at the park. We must surely have collected all the leaves by now! Best estimate is that we’ve collected a tonne and a half of leaves this autumn! The park is looking good, however, if a bit wintry!

There’s gardening on Wednesday, 10-11.30 There’s always plenty to get on with in the winter and the forecast is for a bright and breezy morning, with no frost (although there was certainly no shortage of frost yesterday, when these were taken!).
Gardening and Lego @StarbankPark on Saturday 30 November, 10-11.30
Park volunteers, come and play Lego on Saturday 30th November, 10-11:30, in the Bothy. It’s a fun way to enjoy the park. Ideal for children from 5 to 105! Lego is not just for children but helps with problem solving and dexterity. Lego supplied but bring your own too. There will be drinks too! And, if you don’t fancy the Lego, there’s always plenty to do in the garden with special elevenses!

Gardening on Wednesday is at the usual time, 10-11.30. There’s lots to do and elevenses to finish with. The Met Office forecasts light rain but they are often wrong these days! Please come along if you can to help keep the park beautiful.

Gardening on Saturday is at the usual time, 10-11.30. There is a lot to do and elevenses to finish. The forecast is damp but, even if the Met Office happens to be right, there’s always elevenses to start with!
Loads of leaves cleared up again by the volunteers @StarbankPark so plenty compost for next year!
I think we’ve broken the back of leaf-clearing from the grass at the park this year. Not much fun but at least there will be plenty good compost next year!
