Gardening on Saturday, usual time 10-11.30. The forecast looks promising and the summer rain means there’s plenty needing done, both weeding and tidying. Please come along to help if you can.

All the rain has ensured good strong weeds in the park – but we can take it! Lots of helpers, with our volunteers’ age range today spanning 87 years. It was a grey morning but there are plenty bright flowers to cheer us up!

Hopefully, the worst of the August rain is past. Forecast for Wednesday morning is cloudy but fair – not sure why I bother to look at the Met Office site after Saturday. No matter, there’s plenty to do, elevenses to finish, lots to enjoy in the park and maybe even some crops to pick, so please come along to help, usual time, 10-11.30.

We’ll be gardening on Saturday at the usual time, 10-11.30. Lots to do, as always this rainy year. Forecast is for heavy showers, but that may change by Saturday. Please come along if you can and at least enjoy the roses – not to mention all the other flowers.

Lots done this morning at the park by our own volunteers and the TCV team. It’s looking good, but I do wish that the weeds would die back!

We’ll be gardening at the park on Wednesday at the usual time, 10-11.30. The park is looking great but the daily rain means relentless weeds. Please come along and help us keep them at bay. The Met Office forecasts light showers (for that’s worth) but there’s plenty shelter, elevenses and good company!

It can’t be August already! Gardening on Saturday is at the usual time. Lots to do, the weeds aren’t letting up yet! The forecast is pretty decent too. Please come along to help if you can.

Gardening on Wednesday, usual time, 10 -11.30. Park is looking great, all the plants are thriving with all the rain, but sadly, that includes the weeds…
The park is also hosting the Pilton Community Health Project’s “Family Fun Day” from 10-2. Janet will be organising all the children’s stuff from around 9.00 and I’m sure that she would appreciate some help with that if you can make it to the park early.

Gardening on Saturday, usual time, 10-11.30. There is always lots needing done, good company and lovely garden to enjoy. Forecast is for showers but there’s always tea and coffee in the bothy if the rain starts. Please come along and help if you can.
