Our first (meteorological) summer gardening is on Saturday, 2 June, 10-11.30. As always at this time of year, there is a great deal to be getting on with and, not as always, the forecast is fair and quite warm. Please come along and help if you can.

The Friends are keeping the park looking pretty good, despite the weeds best efforts!

It was a busy day on Wednesday but there’s always plenty to do at this time of year with the weeds making a determined effort to take over! The forecast is dry and sunny and there’ll be elevenses too, so please come along to help.

A busy morning with lots done despite the chilly east wind. Summer flowers – and some bees – are starting to come out, and they’re much more interesting than all the weeds.
