Busy morning at the park today. It was a bit warmer than of late and a good turnout got through a load of weeding.

Please come along on Wednesday, 10-11.30, to help keep the park looking great. There’s lots to do, elevenses to finish with and the forecast is looking pretty good.

It was never bright and sunny this morning but it stayed only a bit damp for most of the morning. Lots of volunteers cleared lots of leaves and much mulching was done before the rain the rain came down in torrents! It was even wet enough for Vikki to let us into the bothy for coffee!

Wednesday gardening is on this week, usual time. Hopefully it will be a better morning than the forecast! There’s plenty to do, elevenses to finish and lots of flowers to enjoy (or there still were yesterday). Please come along if you can.

Warm, wet and windy but there was a good turn-out of volunteers at the park this morning. Many leaves were removed and a few plants planted (and replanted…).
